MAJOR HIRING EVENT

On numerous occasions our clients have needed to hire a large group of new employees.  HR was spending several hours with each new employee moving them through the qualification and orientation process. Our job was to streamline this process with 2 videos.  The first was a custom qualifying video that educated the applicant about the company and what the job entailed. The second was the custom new hire orientation video.  This informed the new employee about the requirements of the company, safety procedures, where things were, and what to do in an emergency situation. This greatly sped up the employee hire-on process, and reduced HR’s work load.
